REGIS - WEB BASED EVENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

KEY FEATURES

The following page provides a more detailed guide about what REGIS can do. Using a web based event management system has many advantages. However don’t feel you have to utilise all of them to benefit. Many clients use the system in different ways depending on their organisation and type of events. Registration Software
Secure Access
Each event can have its own unique security access or it can be open to the public. Different logins can also be assigned giving access to areas of the software required. There is no limit to the number of administrators that can use the software at any one time.

Look and Feel
Create your event website with the look and feel that suits you, creating an individual design for each event. Pages can be customised to collect the data you require, then copied and recreated for the next event.

Registrations
Register in not two ways but three. As a delegate, an administrator and a coordinator. A coordinator can manage a group of delegates as one point of contact and pre-order places to the event, activities and hotels, which can make it easier for everybody.

Customised registrations
Decide how you would like the registration page to look. Create different registration pages for different groups of people – why have the same registration page that everybody sees?
Multi-lingual registration is available allowing delegates to register in their own language. Information can be auto populated in advance. Registrations can be modified, cancelled or refunded 24/7 from anywhere in the world. Register hundreds of delegates in minutes. Minimise costs, save time and reduce error.

Activity management
Create a workshop, dinner, sporting or social programme and monitor it. Set the dates, times, allocations and prices for each. Send personalised agendas avoiding any time or date conflicts.
 
Hotel booking management
Show hotel options online for delegates to choose, set rates, apply discounts, manage room allocations and create rooming lists all in real-time. Then send the delegate a personalised agenda with specific timings and confirmations by automatic e-mail or SMS. The hotel can have rooming lists with modifications made on certain dates. Simple time saving procedures.

Agendas
Create agendas in HTML, PDF or link with Word. Follow each delegate's activities, highlighting any conflicting activities clearly with colour schemes, so delegates can amend or modify activities in advance.

Badges
Individual and impressive personalised badges can be produced for all delegates. Design a template with colours, logos, fonts, images or barcodes. No external software solutions are required saving time and ensuring you are in control.

Payments
Create invoices and receipts and track payments, refunds or other transactions. Budgeting and billing reports can be produced ensuring up to the minute financial reporting of the event’s financial information. Online and offline credit card transactions can be processed securely and automatically entering payments in the database.

Reporting
Of course you would expect standard reports but unlimited customised reports are simple for you to create and download offline too. You can even upload from Excel. Report on information across many events comparing and contrasting details or analyse survey results with the click of a button. The choice is yours.

Optional Modules
Some clients require specific features that are in addition to the standard solution. Below are a few examples:

Credit Card Payments

Easily and securely process payments online in real time. Collect payments in different international currencies or just collect credit card information for processing offline later.

One to One Meetings
Create one to one and many to many meetings. Requests to meet with individuals or/and groups can be easily managed using this module organising delegates` agendas with specific timings and schedules.

Abstracts publishing and documents sharing
Some events require speaker papers to be submitted, amended and assessed online. Available 24/7 this process becomes easy to manage and monitor. Once finalised, an online programme, book and proceedings can be produced for publication.

Block Bookings
Why not appoint coordinators who can order places to the event, activities and hotels in advance and pay for these on behalf of their group. Allocations and prices can then easily be controlled, saving time and reducing errors.
