Secured access

Bookings
Bookings can be made for simple registration fees or detailed hotel and flight requests, either for the individual or groups by using the batch booking feature. This allows multiple bookings to be made in one transaction.

Reports
Essential reports are easily accessed providing the information required quickly. Produce ordered lists on delegates, flights, rooms etc - simple to do. Then save and use the reports again for the next event or create more specific reports.

Badges & Letters
Badges can be created automatically following a simple procedure. You define how you want the badge to look and easily print them in advance or on the day. Confirmation letters and labels can be designed within the software and seamlessly merged with Microsoft Word.

Invoices
All prices can be defined by you for each event as required, giving you complete control. It is then simple to invoice bookings to an event on a batch or individual basis. This again saves time and reduces the risk of errors.
